The uniqueness of this design lies in its large panoramic or sliding windows, which allow the blooming nature of the surrounding forest to live within the house. The seamless connection between the interior and the external environment visually expands the space, creating a harmonious blend of nature and modern living.
The house features high ceilings, reaching up to 3 meters, which not only enhance the sense of space but also allow for the installation of high modern flush-mounted doors. This design choice adds to the interior's sleek and stylish aesthetic, creating a slender and elegant atmosphere.
When it comes to materials, Kozhokar prioritizes natural and eco-friendly options. The house boasts high-quality plaster, marble, porcelain stoneware, travertine, wood, and cozy textiles, all carefully selected to create a warm and inviting ambiance.
With a total area of 474 sq.m., this two-story house offers a modern, stylish, comfortable, and functional interior for everyday living. The design reflects the desires of the clients, who sought a space that embodies peace and harmony.
Despite the ongoing war in the region, the conceptual idea and 3D visualizations for "Peace" were quickly agreed upon with the client. The construction of the house is currently on pause, but the vision for a serene and tranquil living space remains intact.
Awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2022 for Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design, "Peace" stands as a testament to Kozhokar's creative ingenuity and commitment to incorporating best practices in art, science, design, and technology. This design not only showcases strong technical and creative skills but also contributes to improving the quality of life, making the world a better place.
